How to feel more beautiful and happy every day

  • START YOUR DAY WITH A SHOWER.
    When you put on your daily make up you can have on some extra lipstick if you want to feel prettier than «usual». This is something I’m gonna get better at this year. The days where I actually shower before starting work is always the best in every way. I feel better about myself, I’m more social and I am surprisingly more creative and effective as well.
  • DRESS NICE.
    I hate getting surprise visits when I’m home working, this because I often look like a troll wearing no makeup, ugly sweatpants and all my hair in a bun. Dress simply, but still nice, then you will always be prepared for unexpected guests + you will also feel better about yourself.
  • DANCE LIKE NO ONE’S WATCHING.
    Dancing always gets me in a better mood, especially if I can sing as loud as I want also! When someone is in a really good mood, they are automatically more beautiful and others will of course notice you because of it. If you are shy or worried about what your neighbors might think of you, then you can always pull down the blinds before you start dancing like a crazy person.
  • HANG OUT WITH YOUR GIRLFRIENDS.
    Being with people you love is medicine for the soul. Always make sure to meet your friends regularly to share good conversations, laughter, gossip and fun activities. Nothing will make you happier – I guarantee it!
  • FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE.
    Nothing good will ever happen by constantly thinking negatively. Train up your mindset to see the good in things instead of the bad. This has been researched for years and everyone says the exact same thing. By thinking positively you will also have more good things happening to you.
  • HAVE SEX.
    I don’t really have to explain why sex makes you happy, do I? It just does!
  • HAVE A TIDY HOME.
    Let your surroundings reflect the way you want to feel. Remove all clutter, add pretty flowers, buy some new decor and make sure to always have clean surroundings.
  • MAKE SOMEONE ELSE HAPPY.
    This goes without saying I think. I always feel happier when I do something nice for others. I especially love making my mom smile and it feels really good to show her how much I appreciate her. You can for example help out with daily chores, take her out for dinner, or surprise her with a sweet gift.

    AND OF COURSE always keep a smile on your face. That’s the most important thing of all!
